Charged $100 service call just to look at my mothers furnace and tell her what they thought was wrong. 2 months later you cant get ahold of them to fix it. My mother is on a fixed income and these people ripped her off by taking her money and wasting her time. Avoid these scammers

HVACRX (****) installed the unit in Jan 2021, we bought house the next month. By May 2022 we were having issues and wanted to use the person who installed. Took several calls/texts but **** came out and diagnosed float switch and fixed. Never charged us (we assumed warranty work). June 2023 issues are back. Multiple texts/calls to get **** out and he says its the float switch (again) and the slant of the condensate line. Says h*** call in 2 days to set appt to come back and repair. Never called. More calls/texts (his VM box is full). He finally calls and sets a day/time to come back but says he wants to run the condensate line out the attic and down the side of our brick home. We said no. Now he says this is not warranty work (but it was before??). We said we understood but it needs to be done right. **** sets a day/time. He is a no show and no call. Ten more days of calls and texts and he ghosts us. We call a reputable and professional company who came out the next day. Turns out HVACRX used the old existing wiring, control board and condensate systems which were not compatible with the new system. And they had to put in 4 lbs of freon, not because we have a leak but because, according to technician, it was not checked at install. Dont waste your time with HVACRX like we did.
