    A charge back was submitted and accepted from the bank, therefore we cannot process a refund. We have talked to this customer and apologize for not being accommodating as she would have wanted us to be.

    On March 15, 2024, I placed an online order with Creekside Nursery for 2- Supertunia Vista Snowdrift, 1 Supertunia Hoopla Vivid Orchid, 1 Miniature ****** labels, 1 garden marker, and 3 bags of ********** Gourmet Compost. On 4/18/24, I received all of my order except the 3 bags of the ********** Gourmet Compost. I emailed the company on 5/13/24, asking the status of the compost and received a response on 5/15/24, saying the compost didn't show up on my packing slip and they were going to get it sent out that week. Today is June 3rd and I have not had any further communications from them nor have I received the compost. At this late date, I have had to purchase the ********** compost somewhere else and I am out of $71.97, ($23.99 x 3) and want a refund of this amount. I no longer need the product but want my money back. It is hard getting a response from this company and I am frustrated trying to get a resolution.

    Given this is time sensitive and the time to put these plants in the ground has passed. I would like a refund as requested.

    We are a small business and do not have a lot of staff to help us fulfill the massive amount of orders and emails that have been sent. We are currently backordered on some shrubs and have to split t ship some orders that need to go out but we do not have all of the plants.  We are working on getting all of the orders and emails answered it just takes some time. Like I said we are a small business and still trying to figure all of this out.

    We have sent him his other plant about a week ago because we were on a rampage of getting orders out the door and did not stop and go through all 200 orders to make sure everyone wanted their order. I have not heard anything from him in quite sometime so I am assuming the plant arrived fine.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is in regard to complaint ##********. I finally got a message back, thanks to your help, as I never received one from them before. They do not answer their phone and calling states there are only a few days available to call. The phone advises to just use their website for contact, and you cannot leave them any voice messages. Each of the missing plants was $18.99; with tax, I should have received $39.49. They paid me $32.51, which is short by about $7.

    We have many contacts with this lady and sent her an email before she sent a complaint. We had many bad storms that washed away 40% of our plants and then the power went out at our shipping office and then the wifi went out a few days later. Per our terms and conditions on our website we do not cancel/refund orders unless it is on our end.

    I have refunded her two plants that were missing, I will not refund the entire order. We have done everything we can and will not be refunding anything else since I have already refunded her for the two plants missing.
