Diamond of the Carolinas and Capitol buildings such. I would not refer a dog to them. They are very unprofessional with the way they talk to people and handle matters. They do not stand behind their work or hold themselves liable for subcontractors work. I spent over $14000 on a building that one of the roll up doors is on crooked and will not latch and had not worked properly since departure. Upon calling they will not contact subcontractor and when calling subcontractor personally he will not return calls to make repair. Basically they can do crappy work and take your hard earned money and run. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! I will give one star only because it makes you, they did get color and Size correct. It also took over 5 months to get the building to my home.

We are sorry the customer is not pleased with the service she has received. It is clearly defined in our contracts that sub-contractors are not employed by our company and our company will not be held liable for their repairs. If this was not acceptable it should have been questioned before signing the contract. To say that we have offered no help is simply untrue. When speaking with our office manager the customer became irate and hung up before an offer to call the sub-contractor could be made. At this time the customer felt it appropriate to take to social media and spam our company Facebook page with vitriol. She proceeded to comment on all of our posts and even went so far as to directly tag and respond to potential customers comments. We understand that the customer is upset, however, a simple message or comment on Facebook would have been sufficient to illicit a response from our social media manager. Spamming a business page is against Facebook's code of conduct and will result in you being banned from a companies page. We do not take customers money and "run." We are right here were we have been for the last 17 years and willing to help. We are happy to contact the sub-contractor for you and will ask that he give you a call so that a solution may be reached.
