    Dont use HotWired they are horrible and cant even fix a simple problem. Find another provider.

    **************** contacted our new online chat service where Hot Wired responded back timely offering free of charge remote troubleshooting for his TV issue April 5th. When remote service was exhausted, a member of our team called him (we have phone records with voicemail to verify) to let him know Hot Wired could not resolve through the new chat and a call or site visit was now necessary to gather more information. The next correspondence was April 10th when **************** reached back out via the online chat bot on Easter Monday April 10th @10:05am with "Any update on this?" Our internal chat bot saw this inquiry as a Sales inquiry at 10:05am stating: "This chat has been moved to sales because it's about sales" placing his chat into a new sales inquiry box instead of continuing the prior service thread. Hot Wired did not know how to access our sales box threads. Tuesday, and every day since **************** has sent a chat inquiry outside of business hours to receive our automated message about after hours. April 11th @5:40pm: Do I need to find another service provider? This has been a horrible experience and about done trying to find a solution with you. April 12th @ 7:55pm: I'm finding a new service provider. It's ridiculous I waiting this long for support. April 13th @5:04pm: Are you still in business? Again @6:39pm: Please delete your access to my service. I'll find a reputable service provider as you guys are horrible. I'll be sharing on social media so others are aware of your lack of service. April 14th @6:42pm: Hope you like my reviews. And please have the manger or owner call me. 610-XXX-9945 Or are you going to ignore this text like all the others??? Again @6:45pm: Are you ever open and able to return a text?The owner of Hot Wired has left voicemails and has tried to reach out 3 different times to sort out with the client AS **************** is posting bad reviews where he can (i.e. Bird'seye, etc.). Hot Wired has phone records and documentation to verify that all of this is completely in accordance with this response to this review. ****************, if you read this, we sincerely apologize for the mix up and have attempted to correct and would have been happy to service you as we did when you immediately reached out.
