    We had bought a camper from Wrights Camper Sale. Everything checked out but the awning on the camper. Because of tight space of two campers under a shelter we didnt have room to check the awning. For two weeks we tried to get them to know we were afraid weather would mess the awning up, like strong wind. We needed it fixed. They ordered a part for it that I had to pick up my self. But still had know one to fix it. My husband tried and found a Brocken s**** and the piece the s**** went into was also broken. The part I picked up was all wrong. If we had been able to check the awning before we left the business with the camper we would not have a awning that is now on the ground and holes in the out side wall.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  

     

    I never thought these people would be so rude. My husband called them to see if the new part was in let. They said they got it in. May 14th at 1:46 pm. We havent gotten the part yet but we are looking for it. They have been rude. At first we were going to take them to court. But it not worth my husband taking off work. I wont others to know that they dont stand behind what they say. We have found a company that will fix it. They had one of ****** campers in their shop. Our camper is setting in the same spot it was when we bought it home. Thank you for you time.

    Truly sorry, for any inconvenience that this may have caused the customer, but the customer was told to manually role up awning and zip tie, till the part came in and we would install it. They failed to do what we told them which led to them further damaging the awning and they where very upset and said they where getting a lawyer. We mailed part to them because of all the negative social media post.  We wanted to help them but was advised to mail part and not contact them.
