     I am rejecting this response because:
    At this point with major concerns of reputation of the company installing with multiple negative bbb reviews as well as secondary recommended company as well have major review for crews taking months to fix mistakes I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. Seeing as they will not give me my 9k dollar deposit back I consider it a loss and ****** to read the contract and when an employee states there going to do something to make sure its in writing. Considering the building cost and all add ons that were not discussed at time of signing the contract being rushed to sign the contract because of a quote on quote sale.y building the building 12 weeks 3 weeks prior so the lead time had been pushed yet again. After some long thought I had made it aware to ncb in multiple attempts that I would like my money back nothing the salesman had said seem to match lead times getting pushed and just dont feel comfortable with the crew with multiple complaints on ****** reviews to construct my building. As I stated to them multiple times I didnt feel comfortable with this crew and didnt want the other crew that they wanted to send out which had 6 open bb complaints on them. At this point I just want my money back and dont wish to do buisness with this company and further as nothing they have said has match.

    ***************** ordered a building 1/8/2024 from National Custom Builders (The Dealer) and signed his contract along with our terms and agreements . He was not ready for installation till 8/14/2024 due to his  concrete contractor. Our sales Representative who is no longer with our company forwarded ***************** over to the company Management team  to take over the account.  Management immediately called to assist the client with order. ***************** wanted to cancel his order due to the new lead times of  NC Carports and Garages (the Manufacture)12 to 16 weeks instead of 4 to 6 weeks when the order was placed. Management got the issue worked out for expedited delivery and install for the week of October 7th 2024 and ***************** was fine with this install Date and confirmed it was ok. The manufacturer reached out to ***************** to confirm all information and decided he wanted more work done (install windows and doors provided by ***************** which does not state this on the contract). Management told ***************** there was an upcharge for this work and it is not listed on the contract. ***************** said he discussed it with the sales representative to be included . Management called sales representative and confirmed it was discussed and never confirmed and is not listed or charged on the signed contract.Management then tried to accommodate and told ***************** the company would also in good faith help with this concern as well. The last we spoke was 9/13/24 the customer was good with the install date and confirmed this with our manufacturer. He signed our terms and agreement on 1/8/2024 which states our refund policy and does not fall into a refund category just because he read a bad review about our manufacturer. We are still willing to work with this customer to ensure he gets his building as promised on our contract. Please let us know if any other information is needed. I have Attached a signed order of the contract along with signed terms and conditions.
