    I ordered a mailbox September 2022. Mr. ******** website said it would take a year to complete. I reached out to him September 26th, ****************************************************************************************************** as soon as possible. It is not March 1st 2024 and I've sent several emails in February and no response. The phone number listed on his website, nobody ever answers. I need a reply or a refund. Poor customer service and I am very disappointed.

    *******.. never received my mailbox that I ordered in June, 2022. Contacted this man several times and he just kept saying he is working on it. At this point I am asking for my money back and if I do not receive it within a reasonable amount of time I will be contacting my Lawyer.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MAN!!!!!!!!

    This customer will be refunded in full. I strive to get done as quickly as possible but do state the custom orders can take a year or more in some cases. This case I will issue the refund since customer clearly does not want to wait.

    ********************* IS A SCAMMER (Deans Custom Mailboxes). I have the same story as everyone else. Sent him the money and he told me it would be finished in several months. I checked in 7 months later, where he said it wasnt finished and even sent photos of the progress. Checked in a few months thereafter and confronted him to which he acted like he was innocent and only the people who had bad experiences have complained. NOPE, its everyone. Everyone has gotten their money stolen from this *****. He kept promising it would be done a couple months after and if not then hed refund me. I checked in with him and he never responded DONT BUY HIS ACT.

    This order as all orders will be either delivered or refunded in full. Website clearly states some designs can be several months or more minimum. I apologize for the miscommunication and will refund this order immediately.

    You will never get your mailbox or your money back. He will seem like a nice person and give you lots of excuses and promise you the mailbox or your money back, but you will never get either. A total and complete liar and a fraud. Simply horrible.

    All mailboxes are hand made and fulfilled or refunded in full. These take up to a year or more before done in most cases as stated on site.

    Email found in junk mail about an update and I apologize for not seeing it. I will and absolutely will complete order or refund in full.

    My mother in law placed an order over a year ago. Many emails of excuses as to why the delay. Sickness, death in the family etc . I do not recommend.

    Years of waiting and never receiving a product or honest updates on progress is simply unacceptable. Try as you will but there is no viable excuse for this. I was informed of possibly a year wait time, 1 year is not multiple years. The rest of these reviews are spot on. At this point I’m confident there was no intention of ever delivering me a finished product. Buyers beware

    This guy is a total scam! I put an order in with him Jan 4th 2022 and have had almost no communication as to how the project was going or any estimate of completion time. When I finally got a hold of him he told me it if it was not completed by 8/31/22 he would fully refund my money. Since that time he has stopped answering and took my money and ran. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

    Your refund was processed in full and will show back on your original payment within 5-7 business days. I clearly state the custom built mailboxes can take upwards to a year or more before they are complete. Since you did not want to wait any longer I processed your refund.
