      This place is a joke **** We were out of a Hot water and heat in winter time it took them 2 weeks to even do anything . It now 90degrees and we have no air, No communication from the office or the technician. The grounds are trashy , they do not care about their residents at all. NOVA AT ********

      Edge at ******* Property: ******* ******* and *** ********** at the *************** property are GHETTO, untrained, illiterate clowns. My family and I lived at **** since 2019 and THANK GOD we finally got out after buying a real home. They try to pass these run-down, outdated townhomes off as luxury, and thats honestly insulting. These units are barely holding togetherold appliances, cheap finishes, and a ***** problem so bad the leasing office tries to play it off by calling them Palmetto bugs. Sure, Jan.Lets talk about the leasing staffPat ********** and ******* ******* are loud, unprofessional, rude, and have no business managing anything. They fumbled every part of our move-out process and couldnt even provide basic documentation. Its a clown show, straight ***** a parent, I was horrified by the environment. Weed smoke constantly came through our vents from the neighbors, and no one in management cared when we brought it up. My kid shouldnt have to live in a cloud of secondhand smoke inside our own home. Ohand lets not forget the blatant drug deals happening on the property like its normal.If thats not enough, domestic violence incidents happened right in the **** parking lotscreaming, fighting, and police showing up like its routine. Thats not something anyone should have to witness, let alone explain to their child.Want to go for a walk? Youll be dodging piles of dog c*** because no one picks up after their pets and management does NOTHING to enforce it. And dont expect help from maintenance eitherthey either never show up or slap together half-done fixes that fall apart again in a week.Bottom line: this place is a disaster. Unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the stressespecially for families. Do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else.

      Apparently this business couldn't care less if they respond to concerns. I spoke with the regional manager on the 27th of October, was promised a call back the following Monday on the 31st. I didn't hear back for a week, and sent in another request on the 8th of November. Still no word. 8 requests for an ice maker, two years to fix an HVAC, and damage to the apartment both times. Absolutely disgusted
