      My transaction date was on 04/23/22, I paid $120 to get my car windows tinted. Their commitment is a life time guarantee if the tint starts to bubble up, which it did. During the tinting process their employee accidently slit my leather seat in the back, behind the driver's seat. I’ve just purchase my car on 04/20/22, there was not cut there. After the windows was tinted on 04/23/22, I notice the next day and the cut looks fresh and beought it up to their attention. I took the car back to their place and showed it to them. I was told a week later after the manager confronted the Tinter and got into an argument with, the employee was fired/no longer work there. One of the employee, **, from the store have asked me to provided them with an estimate on the repairs, I was told they were going to file against their insurance company to have it repair and then a week later they refused to do so. ** no longer work for that company. I've been getting a round around for the last 4 months and I refused to be bullied by this company. On 07/16/22 I was in contact with ******* ********** *** (###-###-####), at first she seems willing to help to get this resolved and now she has ignored me to get this resolved. I've text/send email *********************** with all the information she has requested from me, and I still have not heard back from *******. I can't speak to the owner of this company of manager because they refused to give me this information. This company needs to take responsibility for their employee's mistake. The two employee I’ve been working with in the ********** branch is no longer work there anymore. As of today 08/23/22, I still have not heard back and they have not contact me to get my window re-tint or on repairs to my seat that their employee cut. The employer refused to hold their employee responsible for their mistake.
