      My husband and I are building a custom home on 8 acres in ************. We just finished clearing our property and have about 500ft of gravel driveway done. On July 24th around 11:15 am, our brick was being delivered by your company Triangle brick. The delivery truck came down our driveway and got stuck very bad by the drivers negligence. He was stuck for about 8 hours. A wrecker came out and got him out then the truck got stuck again and they ended up just dragging the delivery truck out. Destroying our brand new driveway, ripped the matting, broke 2 culverts, cut down 2 of our pine trees without permission and left trash. And is now trying to blame us, the homeowners, saying the drive wasnt adequate enough. ****** states he walked driveway prior to coming down, he did not. We have 3 cameras. We have multiple pictures and videos proving what was done. We are also being told that you wont deliver our brick to our homesite. The company that did the initial clearing/grading just quoted us for the repairs and its $17,000 worth of damage. We have also got another quote for $14,500. We are so upset as this will delay our home build. We have sent all ************* we have for proof and are being told that this will not be fixed or compensated. This is absolutely unacceptable. You are a multi million dollar company and need to take care of your customers. Your driver has lied about multiple things, and disrespected our property. Please have the correct person contact me ASAP. We will be reaching out to a lawyer for further assistance if this cannot be resolved.
