      My daughter's Financial Aid account was hacked and her refund for off-campus living was stolen. While the school is attempting to retrieve the money, I have requested emergency living assistance for my daughter by supplying her with an on-campus dorm room until the issue is resolved or help with paying her off-campus rent. NCCU does not have any procedures in place for displaced students. They have no financial assistance other than a one-time payment of $500 towards my daughter's rent which is $819 per month. I have contacted almost everyone at the school, including the ****. The **** was of less help. He acted as if he was unable to provide my daughter with any assistance with getting a dorm. I reminded him that they have her money for her first semester paid in full. We are only asking for a room until the issue is resolved. Whatever money is due for her living in the dorm once her refund money is found and returned, we will be happy to deduct that from the refund. No dorm room has been provided. My daughter is hours from home by herself with only 10 days left before she is evicted. This school has failed my daughter even while her classes are all paid for. They took in too many freshman students which is the cause of many Sophomore students, including my daughter, living 30 minutes from the school. This school is all about money and does not care about their students. I am requesting an emergency door room for my daughter or the return of her money for the rest of the semester. Why keep her money if they are not willing to help with her living in this situation?

      I ordered on 5/29/22 an electronic transcript from ********* services the school uses. The schools registrar office put my request on hold without notice. The transcript is due 6/8/22 and I will incur another fee $75 due to their negligence or intentional failure to submit my request.
