      If i could i would give you negative stars. I reached out about this situation before many times, and someone informed us that we have another spring picture coming up and that she can take another one. I just got the yearbook, and it is the same picture I was complaining about. She looks like she is sleeping in school because her eyes are closed. I just can't believe the photographer would let that happen. I knew nothing would have been done about this. I wish they they would bring life touch back to my kids' school. We are very disappointed that her picture is really bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

      Extremely disappointed and feeled scammed. This is now the 2nd year my child's school pictures have the reflection and actual image of the photographers umbrella in her glasses First year, let it go, 2nd year decided to reach out and ask. Sent email first, response was recieved, asked for my order number, the response to that email made no sense so I call the customer service line. Longgggg story short photographers are not trained to not have this happen, it's my fault my kid wears glasses and if I want pics to not have that in the future I need to pay EXTRA on top of what we already pay. Tell me again how this is NOT a scam. Looking forward to presenting new photographer options at the next PTA meeting.

      They sent me blurry digital copies. Said there was nothing they could do. I said they should let people know that they would be receiving blurry photos if they purchase digitals and their response I agree, we are working on adding that to the website. Wow. Total scam.

      I have the same problem as ************** below. I have been waiting and waiting for my grandson's senior pictures. You know, these are really special to me, but I cannot get this company to send them to me. Actually, I have already paid for them as it was required when I ordered them. Are they going to hold the pictures and my money? What is their problem? Why do they offer their services if they're not going to follow thru with the pictures? I don't understand this. I might have to talk with my bank about the payment I've already made. This company is worthless.*************************

      This company took my money and has not sent my photos. I have tried calling several times and cannot get through. Its been over two months. You are on hold for 10 minutes and they hang up telling you that no one is available. Absolutely horrible customer service, and thieves too. My sons senior pictures were taken in addition to the school registration day ones I am trying to order. No way will I place that order for expensive senior pictures. Horrible company- they should close their doors.

      This company has lost our children's pictures and violated our privacy and other families as well. We have yet to receive our oldest child's pictures, and the other one we did receive and pay for was someone else's child. After over a month of the school and myself trying to get a response, have been unsuccessful since there is no phone number. I am concerned with my daughter's pictures sent to complete strangers, much like I have received other family's pictures. This appears to be an issue for many families as well.

      This company is the worst. They set up picture day several weeks before the school year started. Worst pictures I've ever gotten and I couldn't even include them in my Christmas cards, like I do every year because we didn't get the pictures back until March. Their packages are set up really stupid with no rhyme or reason and the wallet sized is way too big for any normal wallet. This year I will only order the school picture for the yearbook and fund a real photography studio to take a picture for my wall.
