    The owner was incredibly rude. She requires you to use her moving service to remove purchased products from her store. If you do not use her moving service then she is rude and derogatory to you.

    This is fraudulent review of this customers experience and the statements are not factual. ***************************** does not own a "moving service". Our deliveries are outsourced to a company which we have complete confidence in. When a customer purchases furniture items, we do suggest that they utilize the outsourced movers, and we provide the contact information. However, all customers may always opt to transport their own purchases. In 22 years of business, this has always been the policy of ****************************** The caveat is that the customer must sign an indemnity agreement, which indemnifies ***************************** and it's assigns from any liability related to the customer moving their own large/heavy furniture. "**********************" wife purchased a sofa and an executive desk. Rather than use the outsourced company, she opted to move these heavy items personally. While moving the sofa, "******************" dropped it. In no way was anyone rude to "******************", we simply followed the policies of ******************************
