    It is quite difficult to describe this complaint in a succinct way as our interaction with **** and his company was hands down the most awful business interaction of my life. During the first walk through with **** on February 24, 2021, we discussed our vision for the project - which consisted of a master bathroom/closet renovation inside and a large covered patio outside - we were very specific regarding what would be included as we had already had architectural drawings created, complete with detailed notes as to what we wanted to include. At that time, **** provided a verbal quote of $80,000 - $90,000. After this initial meeting with **** and subsequent meetings with his design team and lead estimator in early March 2021, we added a screened in porch to the plans and provided an update to the extremely detailed architectural drawing with complete punch list. These drawings were then used as the basis of the estimate for our contract and was stamped by the CoCreations structural engineer before the project started in September 2021. We were given the quote and contract amount of $107,662.50 for the work we discussed and included in the architectural drawings by the CoCreations on May 10, 2021; we provided a check for deposit on May 13,2021 in the amount of $53,831.25. Although **** was our first contact and walked the space himself while discussing our vision for the project, we didn't hear from **** for months while our project got underway. We were hit with delays of permitting almost immediately until September 21, 2021 and further delays until November 16th, 2021 - our official start date for the project nearly 6 months after our initial interaction with CoCreations. Again, during this time we had zero contact from ****, even when we reached out to him with questions. *Additional Summary of problem uploaded separately*
