    Eco Furniture (located at Eco Furniture, ****-******************************************************) had a listing on ******** Marketplace which showed a "new" bedroom set at $1200 (excluding taxes). The business owner encouraged me to do business with cash only to avoid "paying taxes". Also, the business owner stated that he would not provide a receipt since it would mean both of us had to pay taxes. After paying an additional $69 for delivery (which was stated on the ******** Marketplace listing to be $50), I received the bedroom set damaged (and with a few pieces missing), to which the owner assured that he would replace promptly. After receiving one of the pieces that was missing, it was also damaged. Afterwards, I contacted the owner and demanded a refund. The owner exclaimed to me "there are no refunds, it is on the website" after I told him that he had never mentioned his no-return policy. From what I've heard, there are other customers that are unsatisfied with the quality of products Eco Furniture offers and their poor customer service.
