    I ordered a water source heat pump from them and it came damaged.I said I wanted a refund- They said they would replace ***** they did and THE second one is also damaged!I said I want my money back so I can find a different company with a better product.They are saying NO refunds!They have a bad product that they are selling to public!!

    Please note that we are a wholesale only distributor to the ***** industry and its contractors. We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced with your HVAC installation. In response to your concerns, we reached out to the contractor who purchased the product and performed the installation. They confirmed that all the manufacturers warranties were honored and all issues have been addressed and resolved.
    If you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with, we recommend continuing working with your contractor, as they remain your direct point of contact for service and support
