    I am rejecting this response because:

    Flori View Landscaping is not being truthful. They did NOT ask to reschedule the meeting. If they did, I would have definitely rescheduled it. They just didn't show up. Actually, it was the second time in less than a week they did not show up although they said they would be coming. When I got mad at them because they did not show up, they said they will not do business with me anymore.

    I want them to come and do an assessment of the tree as we agreed upon earlier. If they do not want to do business with me afterwards, it is up to them.

    yes is true we decided to not do business with him anymore because I asked him to reschedule the appointment because we still working on my project because we need to finish the project because the next day is going to rain and hi reactions was bad and hi saying a have to be there or I going to have serious problems but I was given a favor to go see it the tree before we plant that tree one year ago and the warranty was only for three months after three months is hi responsible for take care the tree
