    We paid a total of $800 over the course of 4 months (May-August 2022), which was supposed to include yard maintenance (mowing, trimming, clipping bushes), mulching, weeding the garden, and removal of debris resulting from said services. Our lawn was mowed a total of 5 times. Never received mulching or weeding services, and always had to call back to have them remove debris. We tried asking for performance of promised services and/or a partial refund, and eventually received zero contact from the business. The pictures included are screenshots from a video taken in August to prove why we chose to terminate the contract in August.

    Going too fix the issue it was my bad we mechanical issue I did tell them I would put mulch out no charge Ilost track of time will do aeration on yard this spring & mulching next week I’m sorry for the big delay I will make it up to the customer for sure

    We asked repeatedly for services to be rendered. The business owner has not reached out to schedule this or any other service. A partial refund is what we are seeking. If one will not be issued, we want to ensure other consumers are aware of this business's practices.
