Very disappointing. It's virtually impossible to create an actual brief with it - it seems you're supposed to apparently buy added modules to use as templates than insert stuff from the software. I've spent hours (and $60) on a brief and gotten nowhere - or course when I asked for a refund it wasn't possible. The software doesn't do much as far as I can tell other than guide you through a Q&A to which it spits out your answers. This is a fabulous idea. Perhaps with a ton more development it will be a great product. Now it's closer to a scam.Courtroom5

I was extremely disappointed, but my situation was a bit more complicated than the standard templates. The prompts were not relevant to what I needed, and I kept paying for additional 'modules' because the website told me they were necessary. In the end, I ended up using the document 'format' , and used ****** for research, and ****** scholar to help me with relevant content. The navigation is horrible. However this product looks promising, and may very well work for generic responses/pleadings. But it definitely wasn't the tool I was hoping for, or what was advertised.Courtroom5

Being a pro-se litigant and doing your own legal research can be confusing and overwhelming. I found Courtroom5 while researching my case and their service has become an invaluable go-to resource of legal information, research, custom legal forms and most importantly, step by step guidance that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. They offer a minimum monthly subscription that provides access to a bevy of resources, legal forms, samples, Q&A, and self-help tools for pro-se litigants, and offer optional add on services like one on one coaching, document review, or legal consultation, which is nice because you don't need to pay for services you don't need. I've used the coaching services a few times and the staff is very professional, knowledgable and patient in understanding the needs and answering the questions of pro-se litigants like myself. They fulfill much a needed service and have empowered me to present myself confidently and efficiently in court, which makes a huge difference in the success of any case.Courtroom5

Court Room 5 is literally one of the best-kept secrets on the planet! And I look forward to when many more folks are aware of this powerful pro se' tool that's readily available. The founders of Court Room 5 and their paralegals are incredibly knowledgeable and empowering. ***** was so instrumental in helping me navigate from which documents to use to showing me how to access various case laws, and how to present my case like a professional: PREPARED. There were moments of defeat, but after speaking with ***** and learning how to conduct my research, I felt empowered and confident. She is also a wonderful sound-board! She will not give you legal advice, but her practice sessions are extremely helpful. Those sessions were key to helping me stay on track when presenting my argument. Because of CourtRoom 5, I filed an awesome response to my Ex's Rule Cause. And when I did hire an attorney, my attorney was very impressed w/my filing and WON my case as a result!Courtroom5

I visited this site for a initial brief for an appeal case. The pricing seems quite reasonable. It's the negotiating the site that is more of a challenge than it needs to be, from a ***************** of view. This app would be a huge help if looking up cases and laws you could enter the information one time, instead of all the back and forth hassle. Especially if it fits several of the errors committed in your case. It would also be a big improvement to make the website easier to use overall. It's very choppy and entails a lot of back and forth from tab to tab. Make sure you have a pad of paper available because you have to write down the information so you can add the facts to other areas of the brief because you can't automatically populate the found information to all parts of your brief. Other than those improvements it's a great concept and helpful. It just takes a lot more time than it should to create a brief.Courtroom5
