"We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please let us know as soon as possible if that happens. All cancellations made with at least 4 hours notice will be rescheduled or refunded per the client's wishes at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will result in a reschedule or refund (client's preference) with a $25 rescheduling/cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged at the full hour rate. While I don't like to charge for these situations and i understand that things happen, I take my coaching very seriously and usually spend substantial time reviewing and preparing prior to a client meeting. Last minute cancellations and no-shows result in my spending valuable time that could have been spent assisting other clients or continuing coaching education to better serve all of my clients." - Business Categories
