I am a small solo healthcare practice that has been struggling to get going during the pandemic. I was advised to get help with SEO for my site to drive traffic and increase calls and potential patients who may need my services. I contacted Practice Builder and thought they would do a good job and hired them in December 2021. Since then nothing that had been discussed or promised has happened and the worst thing is I have been trying to contact them for 2 months in all ways possible and not able to reach anyone. I keep getting billing invoices but for what work? I was supposed to be getting blogs written and so much more and nothing has happened. Yet I get bills. So the resolution I request is to get back my website back under my control on square space and stop any contact. I would like to get my website, ****** my business, and my reputation online safe and secure.

    Dr. ***********,

It is important to me that we meet and exceed customer expectations and in your case my team did not meet that mark.  I apologize that we did not meet your expectations and did not respond to you in a timely manner.

I have communicated with our billing team to resolve your issues.  In addition to this I’ve passed this on to my team – we’ll make sure we use this experience to grow and learn as a team.

Thank you for your patience. If you need anything else, let me know if I can help.  I apologize again for any inconvenience.”

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
