      Unprofessional is too nice to describe this place. Horrifying. Dishonest. Damaging. Nightmare. I am going to need a lawyer now.

      Unresponsive and will never call back or answer questions. It seems like nobody actually works in their billing department as every time I call and am transferred it goes to voicemail and *** never once received any call back. Emailing is the same story.

      Been working with them since 2015. 8 years later they ****.*************************** Fountain is an idiot. She runs DBT like she autistic.Short on story, long on skill. I don't care what upset you this week. How did you handle it?Now imagine **** people doing that. I'm not here to receive your misery!Letiece was driving during one of our sessions.********* said I must be released from jail or hospital to be eligible for CST. Staff for *************** did not believe that. ***** does not understand negotiations and when I decide on when I see her again is MY decision not hers. But this corporation has screwed me out of therapy for over a year now.August is the reset for the year... yay...If *************************** is still there he is the only one worth anything. He was my CST in 2015.************* of Corporations - poor people don't matter.Healthcare.gov may get you something but only during open enrollment.
