    I hired Nu way relocation to do my local move on January 14, 2024.i had them pack some items, and my family packed the rest.I decided to pay for Full Value protection against damage or loss. The amount was $166.50 additional.Upon unpacking everything, we noticed that a box of Swarovski crystal collectibles were missing.I have contacted the owner, ******* ******* , about this issue several times. He has offered nothing to resolve this, and now is not answering my e mails. I also sent him a list of the items and approximate ******** appears that I threw away the fee for the additional insurance.based on my experience so far, I believe his company does not deserve a good rating with the BBB or any other rating agency.

    Mrs ******. It is unfortunate you can not find your collectibles. An initial walk through was conducted when the movers arrived. We then conducted a final walk through to make sure your received all items and everything was placed to your liking. We packed only your 2 lamps from the living room (lamp shades to match). The truck was completely stripped and turned in at the end of the day. The truck was 100% empty when the move was complete. You also signed for receiving all your items. We had nothing to do with your missing collectibles. We will be more than happy to refund your Full Value Protection (we do not sell insurance). You have approached us about "missing" items, so far each time you have had to call back and apologize to us because you found the missing item. It is highly likely you accidentally did not unpack one of your packed by owner boxes and it was thrown away. Every item/box that has handled our transported by NuWay not only made it to the destination, but made it in good order. 

    I will be refunding $166.50 via check. What address would you like the check sent to.
