    Terrible. Was gaslit for 33 minutes on the phone when I was trying to go over complaints I had. I booked them for a 3 hour flat rate at 12, the guy didnt show up until 20 minutes later. As we're unpacking we find several vintage glasses of my grandmother's broken to pieces that were in a storage tote and wrapped in bubble wrap. Didnt wrap any furniture. I check my email and notice they sent an invoice for an extra 1.5 hours, saying they left at 4:40. They definitely left after I signed the paperwork at 4:18. They changed the invoice later to them leaving at 4:28 even though the first one they sent me was at 4:22. How did they even send the invoice if they hadn't left?? They tried to charge my card several times, each declined as I used my card I only out money on for expenses so there wasnt anything else on it.Then wildly inappropriately the crew leader texts me after hours at 7:30 asking about the invoice not being paid. They also tried to charge my card a few times after that too, the last being the time for an hour then immediately after a charge for 100 even. I was gaslit on the phone with every single detail I mentioned with him saying things like: that's not what the movers said, we have screenshots and receipts, it wouldn't have taken them that long to get in the new place, trucks take different routes and they take longer to get there, etc. When I asked about the random 100 dollar charge he said: we'll the accountants actually try a 50 or 100 dollar charge after a decline just to see if they can get some payment. *******. Also are the accountants working late night or something?? The last one was at 8:13pm and mysteriously stopped after I told the crew leader my card was frozen by my bank. Coincidence? Plus after hanging up they updated my invoice back to the 1.5 and tried to charge my card again a few hours later. I tried to be perfectly reasonable. Also its a 750 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath with the worst thing to move being a 3 seater couch.

    From start to finish these guys were on top of it. From the moment I called to inquire, sending out an in person representative to do a quote, the quote process, to the move itself and checking in after the move. Everything was exactly what I expected. I was a little weary about these guys because I understand how the moving industry is - so like anyone else I was a bit worried. But as soon as they showed up in time the day of the load and started wrapping all my furniture, I knew I was in good hands. Im thankful to these guys for helping me with our move (which had me very stressed out) and will only be calling them from now on.

    Dont work with these people, tried to file a complaint they do nothing even when its filed. It is illegal for them not cover damage basic or full protection. I had newly bough furniture damaged without compensation. They just didnt respond. The lead mover was a joke and unprofessional picking up calls from his momma while complaining about how many things he had to move. IncidentMovers were late. One was complaining as soon as he got to my apartment about having to move a lot of things. I did most of the moving myself . I helped them as best as I could. The other mover was nice the whole time. I had to use my car help transport items and had to supply the tool kit. I wasnt told I would have to do any of that. I want to report that my are walls really damaged. I have before and after pics of the walls . There are dents marks . One of the guys lost my s**** to the tv. I asked you all on the phone did I have to take my tv off the ** stand. I was told no. So the mover takes down my tv and lose a s**** He told me he can come back and fix it. But they werent suppose to take the tv off the stand. So itll be an extra fee until I told him I did a full package plan. I told him I would look for the s**** but I do not want him to have to come back. I would like to see if I can be refunded because I have the leasing office to come and fix the walls. The Tv issue, I will have to call someone to come fix.

    Negligent and unprofessional are the two words that best describe my experience with this company. If you are looking for a junk-removal service, this may be the company to call. But if you are looking for a professional company that will provide a seamless move, take pride in their work, and take care of your possessions, look elsewhere.My move started poorly when the movers arrived late and ill-prepared to pack and load my belongings. The move turned into an absolute nightmare on delivery day. When the movers opened the back door of the moving truck, I was appalled to see the way that my belongings were packed onto the truck. It looked as if the movers simply chucked my possessions into the back of the truck--items were broken, damaged, and thrown on top of one another. To make matters worse, my move required a storage period, and my furniture was supposed to be stored in a climate-controlled space, yet my couch and several other possessions arrived covered in mold.The company assigned only three movers for a long-distance move to unload furniture from a 2,800-square-foot home. What was supposed to be a 3-4-hour move turned into a 12-hour ordeal. Near the end, the movers themselves were so frustrated that they threatened to leave with the remainder of my furniture on the truck. I had to personally assist with unloading items simply to get the job done.Several pieces of furniture were damaged so badly in transit that they could not be salvaged. (I've included photos with this review.) And one of the movers threatened a building concierge.The response by the company owners explains the poor quality of the move. Their attempt at resolution has been disheartening and wholly unsatisfactory. I would hate for anyone to experience what I experienced with this move and this company. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a moving company. A link to additional photos is provided below.

    ********************************** is a 7 time convicted felon! He worked for this moving company last year when the company moved my family members to their new home. A home which he went into several times. He has shot and violently beat a young woman, at his house in ***********! He has a record and convictions of beating several young women! He has charges for explosives, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon to name a few. I am all for reentry into society. However, there must be some level of discernment when hiring for certain jobs. This man is a monster and does not deserve to be in the public much less paid to go into peoples' homes. You are a s***** company and your values and moral are nonexistent. I'm sure you don't care, you'll change the name, reopen, and hire VIOLENT CRIMINALS to do the hard labor while you sit around and DON'T answer the phone, nor offer a response to how the f*** this happens. You're more disgusting than ******* is. Welcome to ******* and Capitalism. Facts. Unfortunately you don't have a rating system that is appropriate for this case. Stars are for winners. Losers like you and ******* deserve S*** PILES, for the low life criminals you BOTH are.
