      National Pawn on ************************ in ********** **, the manager was not customer ********************** when I showed up! I called at 2:42pm and wanted to know the process on selling an unused and unboxed motorized scooter my daughter received as a gift last Christmas that was forgotten about in our garage. The associate over the phone did ask if I had the receipt and was informed I did not. She asked me questions and then said she wanted to see it so bring it in. I packed the scooter in my car and drove down. When I arrived no one knew what I was talking about so an associate grabbed the manager who was very dismissive because I didn't have a receipt and also insisted I wasn't where I called (I can send a screenshot of the number and amount of time proving he's incorrect). It was not a good experience and I will be leaving this same complain on the BBB website. Time is more valuable than money and my time was wasted. On top of all that... it is not illegal for me to not have a receipt for a gift! Not trying to assist makes it seem like people are trying to sell stolen items, when in fact they bring items that are NOT stolen straight from their home garage! I researched the information in ** and it's not illegal at all. It is a liability concern for the company if anything, a policy that is NOT in your website as if 12/29/2023 @ 4:03pm to be exact. THE EXACT COMPLAINT I SENT IN THE CONTACT US FORM.

      I spoke to **** at your ************ location in ******* to get a quote to sell my watch. He told me $200, I told him I would think about it, I left to speak to my wife and I returned 1hr later the same day to be told by another associate that **** told him he can only offer me $100 for my watch. The condition of my watch did not change. The associate ******* is the one who informed me that **** could only offer $100. ******* was present when **** initially told me $200. ******* did call **** on the phone and **** then told home he could do $150. I asked to speak to him and I was asked to wait about 25min since **** was on lunch. I waited around to see what changed and I was given the answer by ******* that **** can only sell the watch for a certain amount to make a certain amount. I am just asking to be fair. If nothing changed and it is within 1 hr. I asked if that is common and I was told no. I waited over 30min for **** and still did not get to speak to him. I expect a call from the regional manager

      Upon receipt of this review, our store manager *********************** emailed **************** offering to pay him the $200 originally offered. As of my knowledge, to date **************** never responded to the email. We did not have a phone number for the Regional Manager to call. We apologize that this happened to ****************.

      ***** the general manager for national pawn and jewelry is treating me unfairly which he is being biased against me. ***** did not even call me back about my complaints when I spoke to him about these complaints he said he was going to call me back but he never did call me back. I spoke to ***** today on the phone and he was belittling me as a customer conducting business with national pawn and jewelry. I was informing him of another complaint I was trying to file but he kept on ignoring me disregarding me as a customer he did not even address my complaints that I filed previously over a week ago and he did not listen to me about my complaints for today. He hung the phone up on me. ***** the general manager for national pawn and jewelry is very unprofessional. He never contacted me back about my complaints that I filed a week ago. He ignored me as a customer conducting business with national pawn and jewelry.

      Upon receiving ************************** complaint, the Regional Manager for National Jewelry and **** immediately contacted **********************. After listening and speaking with ********************** about his concerns, the Regional assured him that he would address the situation with those parties at store level. He provided that customer with his direct contact info and asked that he contact him should the need ever arise again. Customer service is our top priority. ******************************************* and **** takes all complaints seriously and always reaches out to those customers to help resolve any issues they may have had while in our stores. We have asked ********************** what we can do to address his remaining concern and are awaiting his response. We will continue to work with ********************** as he is a valued customer at ********************** and ********************.
