      I ordered several bottles of FiberCon. I have taken the product for over 20 years and my health depends on it daily. I ordered several bottles at once to save money. This time when I ordered the product, it come with different colored packaging and at the top it says new formula. However, the barcodes are the same and have the same numbers on them and the ingredients have changed, and I noticed the pills when taken are much slicker than normal.I had not read the fine print that said new formula and did not know the new formula had ingredients that I could not take and now have six bottles of this and time wasted of not having anything I could take and place of it besides being out the money I paid for this. Since everything had to be shipped, it has affect my health, not only after taking the new formula, but also not being able to take anything because I havent had anything to replace it with. How can a whole different product with the same active ingredients but all the other ingredients changed be sold under the same company name the sameproduct name and even the same barcode on the label?I actually bought these from business on **** which I am also addressing with **** because the picture showed the bottles of the old formula on one of my purchases and then they comewith the new formula, but my original purchase had the new bottles pictured, but had the same company name and barcode so how would anyone know the ingredients changed?Different product should have a different name period.Also, there was no notification that the old formula had been discontinued so why would any consumer not think they were getting the same thing theyve gotten for 20 years?I emailed the company and they called me on the phone and discussed for about 10 or ********************************************************************************************************************************************* saying that I have never contacted them And would like to discuss

      My wife and I never make any business with this company, we never ask for marketing postcards/promotions/etc and they take our name from ************** and start sending marketing promotions, etc. It is time from this company to SUPPRESS and STOP SENDING MARKETING LETTERS/POST CARDS.

      I purchased a 7.8 oz of benefiber from local ******* for $13.48. Once I opened it, the container was half full. This is not to say that the rest of the containers are not the same. I am paying for a full container and not a 3.9 oz. This is a ripoff. I would like a refund or something here.

      I purchased NicoDerm CQ from my local Rite-Aid 2 days ago because I am ready to quit smoking. $44 for 7 patches was worth it to me. I get home, clean off a patch of skin on my left upper arm. Follow the directions, press on the patch for 10 seconds. It seems to stick, and I go on about my day. 1 hour later, I check the patch and its gone! Now Im worried, because I have a young puppy that *** find it. I read over the insert again, and find that it might be the soap. I use dish soap that has no moisturizer in it to clean my right arm, and then after drying I apply alcohol and let it dry. I apply a second patch, hold it for 20 seconds, it seems to stick. 20 minutes later, the edges are coming up!!! Im so frustrated at this point, I smoke. I take the box back to Rite-Aid, I didnt keep my receipt, so they can do nothing. Mind you, they keep these behind the counter and locked with a security device. Fast forward to today. I try again with a 3rd patch. Clean my arm making sure there is no lanolin or moisturizer in the soap. Place the patch on my left arm, now the patch will not even stay down. Even after holding it down for 30 seconds!!! This is RIDICULOUS! You are supposed to be the GOLD standard for help in quitting smoking. Frustrated all over again, but I refuse to start smoking. This means I am going to have to spend MORE money on another product! I want a refund, and should be given one. The lot # is 6U7S and the expiration is 04/2026. There is a long # that is **************.

      Purchase two tubes of this for my daughter's major braces and mouth work. These tubes expired in 2021! I took them and I could not get a refund. I had to buy two more. These products were $17 plus tax they came highly recommended. I called the company who answered in some foreign country who were rude bias and belligerent to me when I said look I had to pay for four of these two I had to throw away I'd like my money back please they were rude condescending and would not refund my money I don't want any more toothpaste at this point she's got enough to get her through this point where she just got her braces off and her teeth are sensitive. Please help me get my money back from this company that seems to duck and dive and hide

      I have had GSK Patience Assistance Program provide me with one medication that I take daily. Upon trying to renew my assistance application,I was told that certain information[medi-care number and out of pocket spending info ] was missing . I had sent this info with my application but apparently it was "misplaced",so I faxed it to them. At that point I was told I had to re-inroll ,,well,I just had done that and this was a part of that.I was also told that my application was out of date--- what did they do with the renew app. that I had sent them 2 weeks prior? Some of this "jumping thru hoops" may be due to inept help,but I believe that it is just 'easier for them to just delete/misplace any info that gets in their way,,,,,and at the same time ,claiming "We are the Good Guys,here to help you" I believe that 90% of their "Good Guy" image is a scam. while promoting themselves and getting sometype of Government patt on the back or other credits. Consumer applicants -beware.
