      Excellent service , reasonable price . I have been working with A&L for 15 years and never had a problem ,. This is on several different houses, apartments and commercial properties.

      Do not depend on this company to do as they say. First, they did not show up until the following day. 2nd after going over the work in detail they got it all wrong as I will explain. 3ed they overcharged and did not do as they were asked. Specifically, parts were not present on the truck in spite of the work order being made in item order in the office. Even pictures were used. They replaced brand new parts specifically told not to touch and then charged me for them. The Plumber and helper showed up but the Plumber left for 1 hour to go back to get parts that was in the work order. That time was not removed. I was charged for that. No extra or wrong part was the problem. They charged for 2 hours of labor by each of the 2 workers. This was clearly taking advantage of people. Do not hire this company.
