Brown Brothers came to my house in June of 2023 and billed me far in excess of original quote and did not do the work they were contracted to do. A bill that just gave an amount was sent and after many attempts to get more clarification, the manager called and literally screamed at me on the phone. I finally agreed to pay a portion of the bill just to get him off my back (I had to hire someone else to actually do the work). They returned the check with a note that I was never to call them again. And on January 20, 2025 RESENT the original bill with a delinquent notice.

We have been trying to connect with Ms ***** We did settle and satisfy her account in August of 2024. The credit posting was not applied correctly and a statement was generated mistakenly at the end of the year. Brown Brothers Plumbing and Heating installed a hot water heater for me August of this year. They were upfront about the cost and turn-around time for the install. Their team installed the hot water heater and made sure everything was done correctly and also made sure the area was cleaned before leaving. The staff members I interacted with were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Brown Brothers Plumbing and Heating for purchasing and installing hot water heaters. ************Brown Brothers Plumbing & Heating Co, Inc.
