    On January 17, 2023 I ordered Yaktrax walk traction cleats for walking on snow and ice via ******. Product was delivered Jan 19th. I put the cleats snuggly on my boots and went out into the snow and came back with just one cleat. (worned only once) I wrote to the company and expressed my dissatisfaction and felt this was a defect since they are meant for snow and didn't last even one time out. The company said it wasn't covered by their warranty which I expected however on the box they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I responded and asked for a copy of their satisfaction guarantee policy and was ignored. I made a second request for a copy of this policy and was not provided with it (no response). I feel this is false advertising and bad customer service. I want to understand what is included in 100% satisfacton guaranteed policy and want to see a copy of it.

    The warranty on our Yaktrax products covers manufacture defects.  Our 100% satisfaction is for any customer dissatisfied with a purchase within the first 30 days of a purchase.  She is more than welcome to view the terms and conditions section on our website.  Furthermore her inquiry was not definitively about a defective product, she states in her initial inquiry one of her yaktrax was lost.  Our warranty does not cover lost products to which we responded.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I still have not received a copy of the policy requested. Please provide it or the direct link for review.  I understand that the company doesn't stand behind its product after one day of use. Whether you consider this defect or this is how you expect your product to perform is semantics at this point. Since you advertise this 100% satisfaction guarantee your policy is requested.
