    Recovery Roofing & Restoration would not give a written estimate for the storm damage repairs. They said they would wait on the insurance company's adjuster to say what they would pay and then take it along with the deductible. This company was very rude when I asked again for a written estimate so I asked that they hold the $2000.00 check when I was challenged by one of the owners to get another estimate from another company, which I did. I sent a certified letter of cancellation to the company within the 72 hour ************** guide line for cancellation. I received a call to let me know that they had received the certified letter of cancellation but would be holding $750.00 cancellation fee and $382.50 for the hours they had worked, which estimates are free from other companies. The only work that the company has done is that they sent a guy to measure the tin on the roof which should have been done when the estimate was done, which I never got in writing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you get a written estimate from the beginning.

    The product and work promised in the contract is not what is installed. Project takes way longer then promised. Work one day gone for a week come back work one more day gone for another week. Project manager-owner always has excuses as to why work is not complete
