From coming to look over your project, give a free and honest appraisal and assessment of what your project will require (No Pressure), to the actual work accomplished! Professional from start to finish and even leave the work site clean - Like new. Steven will be our GO-TO contractor from now on!

  I wrote this review below on ****** as well but also looked at BBB when inspecting roofers and saw Steven Batty as one of the few with great reviews here. So wanted to share my experience here as well as its quite a decision on which roofer to go with as its such a big purchase, and outside of what color it is I didn't have the knowledge to know what was right and correct. Dealing with quite a few while shopping I can now say I wont go with anyone else as I had other companies trying to sell me on things I never really needed. And if your here reading reviews your likely in the same boat I was trying to decide who to go with.I worked with ***** and his team for a new roof and was a great experience from start to finish. I shopped around quite a few different roofers and landed on Steven Batty after checking reviews and comparing prices, but the main reason was ******* communication and transparency on all aspects of our roof. He took the time to come meet me on his way out to vacation to make it work for me and my schedule. He let me know the likelihood of insurance coverage and anything we could look for to help, he went over my many questions regarding each aspect of the roof and what was needed, and always took the time to take my call or quickly call back. I also even gave him the opportunity to upsell me on something I thought I needed from hearing from another roofing company; he took the time to inspect and explain why it was not necessary and it would be a frivolous charge to add. Throughout the roof project the team was respectful of the property, sent me photos and kept me updated, and at the end left my yard and driveway looking better than it did before they started. A new roof is a big purchase and a stressful decision but working with Steven Batty was best choice I made.

  I previously had a piece of vinyl siding fly off during a wind storm - the repair by another company was more than expected, but no one else would return my call. When another piece of vinyl siding flew off, I tried ***** and immediately got in touch. He came out the next day to inspect, and it was repaired within a week, for a fraction of the cost of the previous siding! He was so great to work with, I'll definitely call him again!

  Steven Batty Contracting recently replaced the roofing on my mom's house. My mom is 94 and received several quotes and although she could have gone with a cheaper quote, she felt most comfortable with Mr. ****************** and he explained everything in detail and showed up when he said he would and the job was completed in a timely fashion. My mom is very satisfied with the roof. I would recommend his company without hesitation.

  Steven Batty Contracting recently replaced the roof on our home. He inspected our roof and discovered hail damage .He and his crew did a tremendous job, they're very professional, very responsive, he took the photographs of my entire roof earlier than and after the install, he and his crew did a splendid job.
  Our roof now looks great!

  Steven Batty Contracting did my roof here in durham,he started by showing me many different options that i was so amazed of the choices,the crew showed up that morning and moved everything from around the house and put tarps down to catch any debris and nails,that let me know steven batty contracting was the right choice for me.my new roof changed the whole look of my home,my home is at the entrance of our subdivision and many residents stop to compliment on such a great job,very happy customer.
