    If I could give no stars I would. Today my sons went to the dealership in hopes of purchasing a vehicle he found. He was told they do not take trade ins with open loans, okay understandable. He was also told he needed to apply for financing prior to test driving the vehicle, as they consider it a high dollar vehicle. NEVER in my life have I heard you must apply and have your credit ran before you even drive the vehicle! My sons were profiled by this business because of their race. They automatically assumed because of skin color they couldnt afford this vehicle, or would steal, or wanted to joy ride. Who knows and at point who cares because under no circumstances would we provide our business with them!!!

    $5,500 Cash Stolen in Broad Daylight Engine Blew in 24 Hours, Massi Motors Refused to Help! FRAUD!I paid $5,500 in cash for a used vehicle from Massi Motors on [insert your purchase date]. Within less than 24 hours, the car started smoking so badly that I was pulled over by the police. As soon as I pulled up to my house, the car cut off completely.When I checked the vehicle, I discovered it had NO coolant in it absolutely none. I had to go out and buy two bottles of coolant myself. After letting the car cool, I attempted to restart it, and the engine was completely blown.I immediately contacted Massi Motors to report the situation. I spoke with a man named ****, who completely dismissed the issue, showed no concern, and told me Id have to pay over $300 just to tow the car back to them. Again this happened less than 24 hours after handing over thousands of dollars in cash.We told them we actually liked the car and only wanted them to do the right thing and replace the engine. But they refused any help unless we paid for the ***. Their excuse? Sold as-is. But lets be clear selling a car with no coolant and a failing engine is not as-is. Its deception. Its fraud.I let them know I would be reporting them to the ** DMV, ************************, and filing complaints for fraud and deceptive practices. They still didnt care. That tells me this isnt a one-time issue Massi Motors knows exactly what theyre doing.This is a scam dealership. They target cash buyers, sell dangerous cars, and hide behind fake legal protections to avoid responsibility. What happened to me wasnt just bad luck it was dishonest business.?? If youre considering buying from Massi Motors, DONT. They are fraudsters. They do not care about your safety or your hard-earned money.
