      I started the process of getting Feeling Great all the paperwork they needed from my doctors office back in October 2022 to get a new machine and supplies needed. It took several calls to them and me going in several times to keep fallowing up with them to see if they had everything they needed; I even went in to sign a medical release of information form with them so they could get all the information they needed. January comes and at this point I had my 65th birthday so it meant my insurance changed to ******** and my previous employer (retirement package) insurance then became my secondary insurance. I informed them my insurance had now changed and again asked if they had everything they needed yet to pick up my new APAP machine and supplies. They told me I COULD NOT pick up my machine and supplies until they had everything they needed for ******** and my insurance. I finally get a call from them saying they had EVERYTHING they needed from the doctors office and scheduled an appointment to come in on February 15th to pick up machine and supplies. I pay them $223.00 because I had not met my deductible for this new year (part of that was to include payment for monitoring). Over a month goes by and they had not filled with my insurance which meant I again had to pay my deductible to other doctors offices because it was not showing I had paid Feeling Great. I contact them and they informed me they did not in fact have everything they needed from the doctors office that they previously said they had. It again takes me going back in to get them to figure out what they still needed. They did not file for Feb 15th until April because of a mistake they made not me. Now they REFUSE to reimburse me for the amount I paid them for my deductible for the year for my insurance that another doctors office filed before them; I have now paid my deductible twice. They are saying they are holding the money for a deductible I may owe them in ****! I want to be reimbursed my money.

      10 YEARS AGO, DR. ****** (PHYSCIANS IMMEDIATE CARE) SENT PAPERWORK FOR ME TO HAVE A C-PAP MACHINE TO HELP ME BREATHE AT NIGHT. THIS IS CRITICAL FOR MY HEATH SINCE I AM DISABLED AND I NEED THIS TO BREATH AT NIGHT. ALL OF A SUDDEN, FEELING GREAT SLEEP CENTER IS STATING THAT THEY NEVER RECVIED ANY PAPERWORK FOR THE C-PAP MACHINE, BUT I HAVE HAD THIS MACHINE FOR 10 YEARS FROM THEM. NOW THEY WILL NO LONGER SEND ANY MORE SUPPLIES OR MEDICINE TO HELP FURTHER MY HEALTH. THEY CLAIM THEY ARE BEING AUDITED BY MEDICARE AND THIS IS THE REASON FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO HELP ANY LONGER. WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANTHING IN WRITTING TO PROVE THIS ISSUE. WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH MEDICARE AND THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS HAPPENING, THEY ARE NOT SURE WHY THE COMPANY IS NO LONGER WORKING WITH ME. MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD LIKE A FULL EXPLAINTION IN WRITTING WITH THE PROOF THAT MEDICARE IS SHUTTING DOWN MY MEDICATION AND THAT MR. MARKS NEVER SENT THE PAPERWORK TO THEM. AFTER 10 YEARS OF SUPPLYING THESE MEDICATIONS FOR THE C-PAP MACHINE, ALONG WITH THE AUDIT, SINCE AUDITS ARE PUBLIC RECORDS USING A 10-K FORM AND IF I NEED TO, I WILL GO TO THE COURTHOUSE AND REQUEST THIS FORM AND FILL IT OUT AND BRING IT TO MEDICARE. AS I SAID ABOVE THIS IS CRITICAL FOR MY HEALTH AND I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THIS MACHINE. LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU VERY SOON ON THIS MATTER, WE WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP.
