      *** ******** of R&R customs took my order for 5 custom tshirts and then asked for payment of $190 via Zelle. He then stop responding and has no intention of delivering the product. He appears to have moved and is scamming people in **************.

      I ordered 4 custom shirts to promote my business. I paid *** ******** $70 in the beginning of December 2022. This was supposed to be ready by my event on December 15, 2022. This was not done and when time to pick up he never answered the phone. He started ignoring my calls, I ended up popping at his shop, he started not being there a lot. He said he was waiting on black vinyl. He promised to have them done, and not time went by, still nothing. He was not at the shop for weeks in January and stopped answering calls or responding to texts. He posted in January on Instagram he was having a liquidation sale, and selling everything in shop and business turnover. I then saw other customers commenting on post about ignoring texts and their orders from months ago. He still hasn’t delivered product nor given refunds and he’s closing down his business. I’ve repeated asked for refund and he’s telling me to search my bank account for transaction before I can get a refund. He took all of our money and is ignoring us and has not delivered on his part. He continues to post on instagram.
