    My case started on December 18 / 2024 until today Apr. 17/2025 Without being able to solve anything yet. This company made my tax return in an erroneous way and because of that I had an audit from which it turned out that I had to pay the state I contacted the company to solve my case and they told me that they could help me by sending documentation as proof of my audit but they never did it they only charged me for the service of this one it has already been a period of 5 months and now I am paying penalties and interest and I have not even been able to talk to the person in charge of my case I only talk to the receptionist Notice of Collection from 2021 to 2023 penalty and interest with a total of $962.58 + Charges for the services of this company $375.00 I would like them to take responsibility for the penalties and interest that a bad service generated for me and the return of what the service cost Thank you.
