    I am expressing my deepest unsatisfactory experience with Roadside Towing. I visited a business on November 4,2023 and parked in a restaurant lot that was filled with cars. Upon returning to the lot less than an hour later my vehicle was towed. I asked around and no one had any information on the company that removed my vehicle from the premises. I also looked around the lot and noticed there were no signs mentioning that you would be towed at your expense and to my surprise there was a new vehicle in the spot where I parked. On November 5, 2023 I called all around and at 1:15 pm a different towing company advised me to call Roadside towing. I called and the woman on the other end of ********** stated, " The lot is closed and we tried to call all individuals and hung up". I have not received any notification regarding my vehicle. She lied to me and hung up. A business should not be able to operate in that manner.Not that you or the business cares but I am a full-time caregiver with an elderly parent in the hospital for a stroke. I do not have the leisure to be without transportation and to be closed on the day they towed the car was quite alarming. Not to mention hanging up on me while I was trying to gain additional information. I tried to call back numerous times and was sent a text with please text me(attached). I am simply bringing awareness because these deceptive business practices are unheard of. Additionally, the company charges a rate of $35 each additional day but does not answer the phone or respond to text messages for patrons. I can't believe that ************** would allow a company to be in business this way from the customer service to the rates and has not provided their hours to me nor any instructions on how to retrieve my vehicle. Today is November 5,2023 and I have still not been advised what the hours of the business are or when I can pick up my personal property.
