Billing adjustment and actions based on the following will satisfy the matter:-As previously requested in writing, I require complete itemized statements, invoices, amounts payable and the like that reflect exactly what I have been billed for, including but not limited to: deposits, number of water containers, rental equipment, delivery/pick up fees, additional fees/surcharges, and anything else that Triangle Water of Durham ran on my credit card after permission was revoked in writing due to billing discrepancies. What I have received does not demonstrate complete billing.-Details on how the "early termination fee" was calculated as well as what the "miscellaneous" line item refers to on the agreement ***** Larliez purports to stand by? Why is the line item labeled " Water Service R&C Cooler" not filled in and blank on this form you stand by - yet I was billed $34.40/month for cooler rental on the invoices monthly? I as well as you have the email(s) where Triangle Water, Culligan employee **** ******** quoted me $3/month for the cooler rental. Billing adjustment needs are one of the reasons for the complaint and credit card disputes. Finally, as part of the resolution, I contend Triangle Water and ***** ******' refusal (to written requests) to demonstrate Triangle's water quality confirmation/evidence including testing and certification and quality control that is consistent with Consumer Product Safety/GCC for water my family was to be consuming that I raised concerns with based on taste, clarity, brand and condition of the containers I was being delivered by the named party. I do not want to be billed for anything that does not expressly demonstrate adherence to these standards. Saying "it is reverse osmosis filtered" does not suffice this standard in any capacity.-Finally, satisfactory billing adjustments for what I was quoted in writing combined with no more threatening calls and final billing via **** based on the above will be the end of this matter.

I purchased a water softener from this business. As part of this purchase, I was automatically enrolled in the platinum plan which provided salt for the softener and regularly changed out my house sediment filter. The first year of this plan was free, afterwards a recurring subscription was charged to my credit card.I started being charged in August of this year. I paid the $61.55 /month for August and September. Then I cancelled the plan with the understanding that I would do my own maintenance starting in the month of ********** September, a technician came out as part of the platinum plan service to change the sediment filter. I was charged an additional $214.89 for this service call, despite the fact that it should have been covered under the platinum plan (I was paid up through September). I called the company twice, and both times the person answering the phone agreed I should not have been charged, but needed a manager to reverse it. The charge was not reversed or refunded. Then I went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card company sided with me and reversed the $214.89 charge. On December 1, I was charged again for $263.27 for Returned Funds and an additional $45 returned funds fee. Once again I called the company, and once again I was told a manager needed to refund it, but the manager would get to it later that day (they did not).I am requesting a refund of the most recent charge of $263.27 to my credit card that is re-charging me for a previously disputed charge that was for services I had paid for as part of a subscription plan before I cancelled the subscription.
