    At the end of March 2023, at the recommendation of our quartz installer, who Rudys Glass and More has done business before, we reached out to ****. It took him several days to respond to the initial request for a quote that was based on the measurements of another reputable vendor. He was 1 hour late for the initial appoint. He came to measure the glass, remove the old shower enclosure, and to remove a large amirror from our owners bathroom where we were replacing it with two mirrors. We paid a 50% deposit via Zelle of $1267.89. We ordered two mirrors, chrome edging for another mirror, and a frameless shower enclosure. He showed up to install two of the four pieces of the chrome edging, which he was over an hour late again. It is now the first week of May. **** has yet to show up to any appointment he has scheduled to install our products. He keeps promising to show up and then is a no show. When I told him I was reporting the charge to my bank and speaking to my lawyer, he begged to come later that day at 5pm. He has yet to be seen. We have asked to pick up the products that he says he has, no response. He has now blocked our numbers from reaching him and has not responded to the request to refund the 50% via Zelle. We have now had to move to another vendor, which has caused the cost of the project to double, as we have no refund from the vendor. Vendors like this must be stopped from their unethical behavior. If you read these other reviews, it is clear there is a pattern of inappropriate business behavior, despite the rhetoric offer in the business rebuttals to others reviews. Attached is the quote, payment from **** of America checking account, and 3 pictures showing incomplete work.
