  On 7/24/23 I contacted ** from Top Tier Fabrication LLC to see if he could fix a broken down utility trailer that had a Tiny House on it. I was stranded on the Interstate right after *********, ** headed for my home in Pembroke. ** agreed to come look at it and later agreed to fix it. On 7/24 I paid $854 for it to be repaired. I picked it up on 7/28, and on 7/29 and it collapsed on my way back to my home in *********** Interstate 95. I had to call a wrecker to come pick the trailer up and paid $600 for the tow. I contacted ** to let him know what had happened to the trailer and he apologized and said to hire a welder here and he we would discuss payment with him. I paid the welder $400 to repair Tys faulty work. I have receipts for all of this work and shared them with **. He said that he had tried twice to send payment to my welder and it came back Return to Sender due to wrong address. I then told ** to send the payment to me at my home address. This was on 8/16. I still have not received any payment and his email and phone number did not work as of 8/26.   I have responded to ****** regarding the failed repair, have at this point sent 3 checks to her desired addresses in the sum of $400, all three have been marked return to sender 

  I have attempted to resolve this issue with her by paying for the second repair performed but have been unable to get a check to her successfully.

  I am rejecting this response because: on 8/16/23 at 11:35 am, I called ** at ************** telling him that **************** had not received payment for the welding services that was done on my Tiny House trailer as ** indicated that he had done.  The call lasted 2 minutes. ** said that he had two return mail notices from ****************.  *************** indicated to me that he had resupplied ** with a new address.  I then told ** to send the payment to me.  I also indicated that in the below email dated 8/16/23 at

  I had tried a couple of times since the above email and phone call to the same numbers and both were not in service anymore or disconnected.
