      On 17May22, I purchased a $6,995, Engine for turbo ***** ******* from Need4Speed. I was told I would have the engine in 6wks. After multiple emails and calls, the engine was picked up on 29Aug22. The engine was then installed. During installation, there was a bracket mount bolt hole that had been filled in. I reached out to the company that day via phone to verify they had sent me the correct engine. I didn't hear back from them. The engine was then ran via the break in instructions. At that time, about 3 blocks from the garage it shut off. The vehicle did restart. It was returned to the garage at which point we ran the computer on it. It stated a sensor was bad. We then replaced the sensor, on the next test drive about 3 mins. in, the engine began to sounded like a 1990 diesel engine. I recorded a video, of the engine. I send the video and email to the company, 12Nov22. I tried to reach the company repeatedly by email, text, and calling. I was unable, to get a hold of anyone. I then took a 1/2 day off work on the 1Dec22 and drove, down to the location the engine was picked up from and is listed on their website and Facebook account, to find the building had a for rent sign in front of it. I then went back to emailing /texting the company daily. Due to at that time they had removed voicemail as an option. On 11Dec22 at 0439, I received an email stating I had visited wrong location. I replied back at 0651 on the 11Dec22, requesting a correct address. I have heard nothing since. On, 9Mar23. I received an email stating that the both the email addresses I had for the account were "Recipients address rejected. Access denied."

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The last communication I have from the company was 20221211, via email. All emails and calls after have gone unanswered. The 3 email address I had for the company now show as undeliverable accounts as of ********. The facebook account also has had no activity since January of 2023.

      On 11/4/22 I ordered a replacement engine from them as well as various other parts for my **** ******. The total was $11907.13. To date nothing that I have ordered has been received nor have I gotten any communication as to when my order would ship. I've called & left a message, texted as their phone service asks and also emailed several times. A month after ordering with no response I emailed and asked them to cancel my order and refund all monies. To date I have had no communication back nor has my money been refunded. They have been active on Facebook but their ******* ******************* had been down for several weeks now.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I am still in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.  I have received no emails, texts, or calls back from them since 11/29/22

      I ordered a refurbished cylinder head from *************** on Sept 6, 2022. Before I ordered I called and asked a few questions about what parts were in stock and what typical procedures were. I was told a refurbished head would be around a 2 week lead time. My order number was **** for the cylinder head, valvetrain timing tool, and pistons. The total was $2998.56 with the cylinder head being around $1960. I can't verify the exact amount because their website is down yet again. I received the timing tool and pistions, but am still waiting on the cylinder head. I have traded several emails over the last few months, but have had no commitment on when the head would be available or what the issues with getting one are. In the emails they mentioned it would be 4-8 weeks, but at the point of that email it was already past 8 weeks. I would like a refund for the cylinder head ($1960) because i'm lacking confidence in the quality of work that will come at this point, and have had to pursue other options to get my vehicle operational.

      Date of transaction July 13th 2022. I purchased a engine from them for $9161.00. After a bunch of back and forth after I purchased the engine and not getting it in a timely manner, I finally received it and the engine is messed up. There is a year warranty on it.

      I have been trying to contact the company for a week now and they are not picking up or answering their emails. Their site is down as well.

      I feel they sold me a junk engine and are keeping my $9161.00.

      Placed and order for parts on October 03/2022 ( $1700+ Canadian dollars ) did not get email confirmation for order. Charges have gone through my on my Visa. I cannot reach them by email, text or phone . I Am asking for shipping info. There is no response. Did I get ripped off ? They have not contacted me even though this is an international order.
