    I hired Justin J****** of Do it All! LLC. To create my ******* store page, and a logo & 1 extra design. I paid him in full on May 10th. He stated it would take 2 weeks to complete the entire project. During these 2 weeks he would go several days without communicating with me and then would tell me a time he was going to contact me and always have an excuse as to why he was unable to contact me when he had said he would. He would send me pics of graphics he had created and they wrre not professional quality like he stated they would be. So I'd ask him to fix them and it would take him 2-3 more days to get back to me. It became a back and forth deal and took him almost an entire 2 weeks just to create a basic logo. Which was still not what I wanted. I Then asked him about my ******* store and he acted as if he did not know he was supposed to be making my store..even though he had login and pw for my site and the store is the main thing I hired him for. Then when I told him I just wanted a refund bc the project was not completed in the timeframe we agreed on. He then tried to make it seem like it was me that was impatient and that he had done all of this work..which he had yet to show me and became even more unprofessional. And kept trying to ignore that I had asked for a refund. Then 2 hours later he showed me a basically webpage he claimed he made for me..which was obviously thrown together in those 2 hours and was nothing like the page I hired him to create. Now I have had no contact with him in 3 days. And he has not sent me a refund. I have all of the messages between us from day 1. Showing all of the excuses and time frames he spent non communicating along with everything he sent me trying to just prolong the process and make me think he was working on it. All I want is my money back so I can have my site and logo done by a professional.
