    needed last-minute boarding. The staff was very nice, and while the facility was average-looking inside, it was clean and no smells. I liked that there was one flat rate for the boarding suite, and if your dog is able, they can also participate in daycare—no extra charges for that. I really appreciated the picture and text updates during my dog’s stay. My dog was given the enrichment at no extra charge. He seemed to love the freezbone they give.
    When I picked him up, he wasn’t overly stressed or hyper like I’ve seen at other places. He was calm and happy—and even tried to go back in to keep playing! I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

    My family has used River City Bark and Park almost since it's inception. We have NEVER experienced any issyes with our combined 7 puppies. All were excited to go in and exhausted from playing when they came home. Only 3 needed training which they received WITH the owner. Training without an owner present does not work so well. I understand one of the owners stays at night if a dog is distressed and i see NO ISSUE with that. I like the idea of a person staying the night if needed due to unforseen circumstances rather then just 30 minutes away as i have read for some. I have experienced that first hand at another kennel. They just used inside cameras to check on the puppies. Also, even brother and sister fight for apparently no reason. Someone should be available to break it up.

    We use RCBP daily for daycare. Our puppy has the best time. Anytime we’ve had a concern, the owners have addressed it directly. Their communication and feedback are top notch. Great facility!

    My dogs go to River City Bark and Park for daycare on a routine basis. The staff loves the dogs. Staff plans activities for the dogs including doggie bubbles, pool time, and more. My high energy dog comes home ready for bed.
    The training is excellent. Trainers work with groups or personal training. My dog has learned so much since working with Heather.
    I highly recommend River City Bark and Park.

    We take our boy Riley here when we have to be away for 4 or more hours. He always has a wonderful time and for a high energy beagle, he sleeps on the way home.
    We also used them for personal training when he was younger, and they helped us a lot.

    Been taking our two corgis here for over 2 years. Everytime we pick up the corgis to come home they are so tired from playing. The staff are reliable. Mostly communicated with Heather, Lani and Jay(for training). This is the only place we'll take them for boarding and training.

    Excellent owners and staff, very knowledgeable and caring. They meet all of our doggie daycare, boarding and training needs. They also offer in house intensive behavioral dog training. I can’t recommend them enough, they are the only place that we take our dogs.
