      I purchased windows and siding from ABC Seamless/S***** * *** in April of 2005. These windows came with a lifetime guarantee. This is there guarantee: Unbeatable Window Warranty
      Windows by ABC Seamless come with a lifetime, non-prorated warranty. If any part of our replacement windows do not perform, we replace it for free. There are no hidden costs down the road. We guarantee it. ABC Seamless o* ********* also includes our exclusive Service for Life on every home window replacement project. I have had 2 windows' glass fail and have been trying for 3 years to get them to honor their warranty and fix the windows. They have come out and measured the windows 4 times and not ordered the replacement glass or fixed the windows. They will not fix the windows. I am the only owner of these windows and purchased them from ABC Seamless/S***** * ***.
      ABC Seamless/S***** * *** told ******** ****** ******** according to ******** Window Company that I am not the owner of the windows, so neither ABC Seamless/S***** * *** or ******** will honor their warranty. If this were true, why did they come out 4 times to measure the windows. ABC Seamless/S***** * *** told me the windows were ordered in September of 2023. Again, I am the purchaser and only owner of these windows installed at *** ****** ****** ********* NC *****. If ABC Seamless/S***** * *** tells you anything different they are either mixed up or not telling the truth. I have owned my home where the windows were installed since September of 1995.

      The manufacturer is honoring
      the lifetime warranty on the windows Mr. ***** purchased from ABC Seamless in
      2005.  When ABC Seamless says the windows come with a lifetime warranty,
      that is referring to the manufacturer’s warranty on the product.  The
      product warranty is fulfilled by the manufacturer who manufactured the product,
      in this case the window manufacturer who is shipping the replacement
      parts.  The manufacturer includes instructions to install the replacement
      part or the customer may choose to install it themselves. 
      The production department at
      ABC Seamless has been working with Mr. ***** to help get the parts from the
      manufacturer and the manufacturer has confirmed that the parts are being
      readied for shipment.  As stated in the screenshot Mr. ***** shared, we
      (the manufacturer on our behalf) are replacing the parts for free.
      Our workmanship warranty covers defects in workmanship (defects
      in the original installation).  Because this is a product failure after 19
      years of use, the workmanship warranty does not apply to this situation.

      has failed is being replaced for free by the manufacturer just like the
      warranty states.  The manufacturer has
      told us they are shipping the replacement parts directly to Mr. ******  Our workmanship warranty covers labor to
      correct workmanship defects only.  We deeply
      regret that Mr. ***** is unhappy.

      Thank you for your assistance.  You are right I am unsatisfied with ABC Seamless/****** *** *** response.  I sent you their warranty information and they will not honor it.  A Company with an ** rating would honor their warranty.  Their rating should not b* **.  The reason they cannot satisfy me, is because they will not honor their warranty.  They can do good work, but will not honor their lifetime window warranty which reads:  Unbeatable Window Warranty
      Windows by ABC Seamless come with a lifetime, non-prorated warranty. If any part of our replacement windows do not perform, we replace it for free. There are no hidden costs down the road. We guarantee it. ABC Seamless o* ********* also includes our exclusive Service for Life on every home window replacement project.  If it were your windows having this problem and ABC Seamless/****** *** *** told you they would not honor their warranty, you would be unsatisfied as well.
