I recently hired Brian Creech Roofing for a roofing work on my home and was thoroughly impressed. From the initial meeting to the completion, their team was professional, punctual, and communicated every step of the way. They provided a fair estimate, used quality materials, and completed the work on time. Their cleanup after the job was completed was wonderful! ************ Buyer Beware. This company put a new roof on our house Sept 2015 after we had hail damage which our homeowners insurance paid for. We noticed about 6 months ago we had water leaking on our family room ceiling. My husband investigated and found the flashing came away from the corner of our chimney. (Never happened before in the twenty plus years we lived in this house.) The water leaked thru the wood, insulation then onto the ceiling. My husband called Brian Nov 30 2022 and the owner responded the next day. We sent him pictures of the water damage on our ceiling. On Dec 2nd or 3rd Brian came out to investigate the damage he first informed us he didn't put this roof on because there were two types of shingles. We never noticed this issue we thought we got what our insurance company paid for! We presented our receipt with the date and warranty clearly written. He then looked at the water damage and stated he would be back to fix it. What we needed to do was to get some new insulation which we did. My husband texted, called the owner many times to let him know we got the materials he asked for and when would he return to fix the damage. We contacted Brian on 12/11/22, 12/25/22 and after, the last correspondence was 4/12/22. He didn't respond back to any of our communications. I guess the job is to small for him to take the time to honor his workmanship warranty. Long story short we didn't get initially what my insurance company paid for and what we wanted. Brian Creech Roofing doesn't honor their workmanship warranty and they try to cut cost's without the owner's knowledge. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on! If Brian did what he told us he would do we may of used his company again to put the roof on the workshop my husband is building at this time. We DO NOT recommend this company because they don't back up their warranty. Go with someone else don't waste your money!Brian Creech Roofing

I do not know who you are, I am sorry you had such a bad experience! However, I will do whatever it takes to make it right. That does not sound anything like what we do here at Brian Creech Roofing so I am a little concerned you may have us confused with someone else.Review fromDavid S

Brian Creech Roofing *****. Yes they put a new roof and gutters on our house. The roof had holes that where not fixed and face boards that were supposed to be replaced , they had to come back out and fix, the face boards look like shit as they pieced them in instead of replacing the whole thing as requested.Then about three years later the roof was leaking, the gutters always leaked. They did a **** *** job fixing the leaks, and pounded down all the nails that were half in all over the roof. The gutters were looked at and were supposed to be replaced the finish is coming off, they are faded and they leak, and when they came back out they said they were hung wrong and the lady said they look brown not black. They took pictures and video of all things wrong, and said it would be replaced. What a joke almost two years later many many phone calls and still nothing. Don’t waste your money go with someone else!!!Brian Creech Roofing
