      At approximately 8 am central time, on 24 January 2023, I placed an order, and paid in full ($639.35 including shipping) with Clifton Seeds at the online advertised, and the funds were deducted from my checking account price initiating a fixed price contract for goods and services between myself and Clifton Seeds. At approximately 3:30 pm central time I was notified that Clifton Seeds wouldn't fill my order due to the product I purchased being out of stock, The folowing day I contacted Clifton Seeds to let them know that I would be happy to wait for the seed I purchased to come back into stock and that I didn't want a refund but rather the execution of the posted Clifton Seeds policy to ship out of stock items when they come back into stock. At this time Clifton Seeds refused to follow this policy and instead offered me the option to have the funds already paid for the current advertised price to go toward the new price that would be posted upon receipt of new stock. Clifton Seeds not only declined to execute it's published policy but also attempted to "price *****". It isn't the responsibility of the customer to absorb future business costs AFTER paying in full the amount owed for advertised goods and services uless a "cost plus" contract is agreed to by both parties. The minute Clifton Seeds took my money and solidfied a fixed price contract, and then attempted to collect more of my money for the same goods and services, Clifton Seeds attempted to illegally "price *****" this customer, This is not aonly unacceptable...IT IS ILLEGAL.
