**** has done several jobs for me. He is very professional, honest and always gets the job done. His level of skill and knowledge about crawl space is most impressive. I will use him again.

**** is a nice guy. Drives a white 2500 Denali. I believe I know why.
Highly recommended by 2 contractors and 2 customers.
Hired to repair extensive crawl space damage at my home in Greenville, all from moisture and poorly drained brick porch over 22 years. He was the only contractor I could get to even give me a bid on wood repairs including reported 70 or more floor joist sistering, and sill plate repair at 3 sites, and some beam repairs. He only did wood structural repairs, nothing else, but responded quickly to my request to look at damage and begin.
I paid him $2500 a day for labor, plus paid for all the treated 2 x 10s, with 4 people under the house a time or two, but usually 2.
His staff was very polite and cleaned up. He basically disappeared after I paid his wife my final check, as he was going to Mexico for 2 weeks for vacation/family. Though I asked him several times, he failed to repair subfloor damage from an old roof leak, for which I would have paid extra, or let me borrow a sprayer to treat mildew though he also promised it several times. I never saw him after the final payment was made for the primary work.
He is not recommended because of expense but also he would not return my 3 calls, except once when he asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes and did not, or my multiple text messages after he was fully paid for the original work. The crawl space work is difficult and no one wants to do it. Additionally, I asked for the estimate, and he promised but did not give me simply a contractor estimate so I could try to get State Farm to help compensate me for floor damage from old roof leak. I ended up ripping up the hardwood and subfloor myself and repairing and getting crawl space pro, which I do highly recommend, to fog the crawlspace.
