    Sorry for the long review. My warranty company sent him out in April because my Refrigerator stopped working. I called him to make appo On he kept saying his secretary tried to reach me, but couldnt get in touch with me, there was no message left on my phone.He told me to unplug it, because the freezer fan was frozen. He came out the next day, he did not look at anything he just plug July 21st it back in and said I did good and that its working again. Fast forward to July Refrigerator stopped again. Warranty company sent him out again, he came on July 7th, this time he said it needed a main board. I contacted him on July 13th to see when he was gonna come back to repair. He again stated that his secretary was trying to reach me but could not, again no message was left on my phone, he gave me the number for the secretary, no answer, 10 min later I get a call from the secretary from a completely different number. He came back on July 17th and said he put the main board in, he was at my house for not even 15min that included him writing his little slip, I have since been told that it takes longer than that. He told me to call if it was not working. I called the next day cause it was still not working. He told me he would let the warranty company know that they need to send someone that knows about ** Refrigerators. On July 21st I called my warranty company cause the status of my claim was still saying part ordered. She told me they were still waiting on the report. Called them again on July 24th, they finally got the report. They sent someone else out, they came on July 26th, if 3Js would have diagnosed it the first time in April it could have been saved now I need a new compressor and I have been without a fridge for almost 4 weeks.

    Wasted our time. We had an appointment set for Monday at 8:00am on 01/30/2023. Technician told me I would be the first appointment when we scheduled it on Friday 01/27/2023. We woke up early and had home cleaned, kids fed, and ready for his arrival. I called at 8:30 to find out his ETA, and then again at 9:30am. No answer on both calls but voicemail was left. He called back a few minutes later and said he had some missed calls from me. He said he must have double booked and couldn't make it out. Our time was wasted and I could have went to work. Definitely wouldn't recommend for work if you have a busy schedule.
