      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against AWS regarding an unresolved issue with my order placed on January 3, 2025, for a Ranger Green SMU Operator Composite Molle Belt Set, totaling $138.69. The order number for this transaction is ********, and the associated **** tracking number is **********************. The shipping label for my order was created on January 21, 2025, and the package was officially shipped on the same day. However, by January 27, 2025, the **** tracking system indicated that the product was stuck in transit, and there have been no updates since then. This has led me to believe that the package may have been lost. I have reached out to AWS four times in an attempt to resolve this issue. During my last interaction, I was informed that the Ranger Green belt I purchased is no longer in stock. Although I was offered a belt in a different color, I respectfully declined, as I specifically ordered and paid for the Ranger Green option. Since that phone call, I have made multiple attempts to contact AWS via email and phone, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me feeling isolated and frustrated, raising concerns about the companys commitment to customer service and resolution. I believe that AWS has not fulfilled its obligation to provide the product I purchased and has failed to offer a satisfactory solution or refund. It has been over a month since my initial order, and I find the company's negligence in addressing this matter unacceptable. I am filing this complaint to seek assistance in resolving this issue and to ensure that other consumers are aware of my experience with AWS. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
