    This shop was called )by our normal mechanic) to pick up our truck to replace oil pump. Oil pump was provided by us. Had truck for 2 weeks before we heard from them to tell us they had not got to it but it needed a motor we told them no we werent going to pay $3600 for a ********************************************** we would have it ready next day. 2 days later not ready. Promised by July 1. July 11 my husband went down and was told it would be ready next day. July 12 Husband and I went down and was told by ***** it would be ready July 13 and they told us at that time they drove it from first mechanics shop and it would be $500 (First mechanic had told us not to drive it because of the oil pump.) July 13 ***** called and said they didn't put oil pump on and it would be $300 to get truck. When question what work was told to diagnose and they worked on it for 3 hours. But yet both parts the truck needed we were not even opened and they gave them back to us. The first mechanic did motor work 6 months ago so we know it was not the motor initially. If there's motor damage it's caused by them driving it with a bad oil pump.

    *****'s has had my vehicle since Dec 30, 2021. It went in cuz a spark plug they repaired caught fire. While it's been there they have said it needed a fuel pump and a starter also. All parts have been sent to them since March 2022. They have just now started work on my vehicle. Now they are saying it has more problems when they never cleaned my injectors or did a vacuum test when they replaced a fuel pump and never checked for burnt wires when it came in for a fire around spark plug 4. This shop should be shut down. They have horrible communication skills, matter a fact, for the past 15 months...all updates have been because I have contacted the shop, and even then everyone acts like they know nothing about status on my vehicle. This is the worst shop I have ever worked for or done business with. It is now March 1, 2023 and I still don't have my vehicle or an ETA of when it will be done. They do not have a repair orders with a correct name or a signature from myself. I have not agreed to any prices and I feel like my vehicle is not a priority. They are not the ones paying $40 a day to get to and from work because they have my vehicle. Over the past year I have spent over ****** in rides to work. This is my last step before contacting a lawyer because their prior work is why the vehicle is back with the shop and I feel like they are messing up things on my vehicle in order to keep milking money from me. I do not feel comfortable paying them anymore when they have not completed why it came to them. And the worst part is while they have had it my catalytic converters were stolen and they offer no help with the repairs of that either. They say their insurance does not cover theft off their gated in lot. Please do something about this shop
