    My daughter did ************************************************************************************************************************************ Kindergarten for not master these skills. Come to find out they simply throw her on the iPad with 3-4 other kids at the table and consider that mastery. I requested a refund for unused sessions on 7/23 and took her to another tutoring center hoping for better results. My refund request had still not been processed back to my YTS account on 8/5! I followed up with center via phone and they said that the owner can do it whenever they feel like and advised me to email the center director to speed up the process. I sent email to which the director replied They sent an email to follow up with owner on request . The owner approved the refund on 8/6 but they did not receive confirmation that the refund was processed or when it would be processed. It is now Friday (8/9) and ** having to email them again to see where this refund is so my daughter can start her tutoring at her new center. 0/10 would not recommend doing business with this place and I would appreciate this refund expeditiously so my daughter can start her tutoring with an actual 1 on 1 teacher.
